Little Pages: Journal — Terms of Use
Last updated: October 10, 2026
By downloading or using Little Pages: Journal (the "App", called Minik Sayfalar: Günlük in Turkish) you accept these terms. The App is provided by Ekin Emre Atasoy (the "Developer", "we"). These terms apply in addition to Apple's standard license agreement; if they conflict, Apple's mandatory terms prevail.
1. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your own Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy it, reverse engineer it, sell it or rent it to others.
2. No account, your pages are yours
The App needs no account. The pages, photos, voice recordings and other things you create ("Content") belong to you. We do not access, use or claim rights to them. You are responsible for your Content being lawful and respecting other people's rights.
3. Free and Pro features
Daily text pages, mood, calendar, special days, reminders, app lock and backup are free. Features such as photos, voice notes, stickers, tags, customization and the PDF book are unlocked with Pro. You can try Pro features before you buy; what you tried goes back if you do not purchase.
Pro is a one-time purchase. You pay once; there is no subscription and no renewal. The price is shown for your country before you buy. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and is not shared through Family Sharing. If you change device or reinstall the App you can get Pro back with Restore purchases.
Discount codes are valid only in the stated period and under the stated conditions; they cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Refunds: because the purchase is made through Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy (reportaproblem.apple.com).
4. Your memories stay yours
Even without Pro, or if a purchase is refunded, you can keep reading, searching and backing up your pages. Only creating new Pro content and exporting the PDF book need Pro.
5. Backups and data loss
Your data lives only on your device. If you lose the device, it breaks or you delete the App, your data may not be recoverable. We recommend regular backups with Back up my pages. You are responsible for keeping your backup files safe.
6. Acceptable use
You will not use the App for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes others' rights, or in a way that disrupts the App.
7. Medical disclaimer
The App is a journal and memory book; it does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Weekly size comparisons (such as fruit and vegetable comparisons) are approximate and for fun. For any health or pregnancy question, talk to your doctor or midwife. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.
8. Intellectual property
The App's code, design, artwork and content (other than your Content) belong to the Developer or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
9. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App (including data loss), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
10. Terms related to Apple
- These terms are between you and the Developer only; Apple is not a party. The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- If the App fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Claims relating to the App (product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection and so on) are the Developer's responsibility, not Apple's.
- The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending and settling intellectual property claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, once you accept them, have the right to enforce them against you.
- You must comply with applicable third-party agreements (such as your internet provider's) when using the App.
11. Changes and ending
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page. Using the App after an update means you accept the new terms. If you breach these terms your license may end. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules where you live are preserved.
