These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Bloomendy ("the app"), developed by Ekin Emre Atasoy ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own entertainment, subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement and these Terms.
The app offers "stars," a virtual currency earned by playing or purchased with real money. Stars have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, gifted, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the app.
All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not handle payment or billing directly. Refund requests are governed entirely by Apple's own policies — see Apple's refund request process. We do not independently guarantee refunds and have no obligation to compensate you for a purchase Apple has already refunded.
Your stars, score, and progress are stored locally on your device only. They are not backed up to any account or server. If you delete the app, reset, lose, or replace your device, this data — including any stars purchased with real money — will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered. By purchasing stars, you accept this risk.
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of virtual currency or progress.
We may update the app, these Terms, or discontinue the app at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Ekin Emre Atasoy ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen Bloomendy ("uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya oynayarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Size, Apple'ın standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi ve bu Koşullara tabi olarak, uygulamayı kendi eğlenceniz için kullanmanıza yönelik kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz.
Uygulama, oynayarak kazanılan ya da gerçek parayla satın alınan "yıldız" adlı bir sanal para birimi sunar. Yıldızların nakit değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez, hediye edilemez, hesaplar arasında aktarılamaz veya uygulama dışında kullanılamaz.
Tüm satın almalar Apple tarafından, App Store hesabınız üzerinden işlenir. Ödeme veya faturalandırmayı doğrudan biz yönetmiyoruz. İade talepleri tamamen Apple'ın kendi politikalarına tabidir — bkz. Apple'ın iade talebi süreci. İadeleri bağımsız olarak garanti etmiyoruz ve Apple'ın zaten iade ettiği bir satın alma için sizi ayrıca tazmin etme yükümlülüğümüz yoktur.
Yıldızlarınız, skorunuz ve ilerlemeniz yalnızca cihazınızda, yerel olarak saklanır. Herhangi bir hesaba veya sunucuya yedeklenmez. Uygulamayı silerseniz, cihazınızı sıfırlarsanız, kaybederseniz veya değiştirirseniz — gerçek parayla satın alınmış yıldızlar dahil — bu veriler kalıcı olarak kaybolur ve geri getirilemez. Yıldız satın alarak bu riski kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur, herhangi bir garanti verilmez. Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya her zaman erişilebilir olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamayı kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan (sanal para birimi veya ilerleme kaybı dahil) sorumlu değiliz.
Uygulamayı, bu Koşulları güncelleyebilir veya uygulamayı istediğimiz zaman sonlandırabiliriz. Bu Koşullardaki önemli değişiklikler burada yeni bir "son güncelleme" tarihiyle yansıtılır.
Bu Koşullar, yerel tüketici koruma hukukunun aksini gerektirdiği durumlar hariç, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.
