Bloomendy ("the app") is a puzzle game developed by Ekin Emre Atasoy ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Your game progress — best score, daily streak, and stars — is saved locally on your device using the operating system's standard storage. This stays on your device.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To do this, AdMob and its partners may collect and process:
This data is used to serve and measure ads. If you do not allow tracking (see below), you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. Google's use of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
On first launch, iOS asks whether you allow the app to track you across other apps and websites. This controls whether ads are personalized. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining does not stop ads; it only makes them non-personalized.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we show a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before displaying personalized ads. Your choices are stored and respected. You can reset your consent choices at any time from within the app or your device settings.
If you use the global leaderboard, your score and Game Center player identity are submitted to Apple's Game Center. This is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
With your permission, the app may send you reminder notifications (for example, to keep your daily streak). You can disable these any time in your device settings.
The app shares data only with the services described above:
We do not sell your personal data.
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will remove it.
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, or to opt out of personalized ads, contact us or adjust your device's tracking settings.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
